You can complete this quest by speaking to Bokken on the Oleg’s Trading Post; then, you’ll have to travel towards Old Sycamore. old Sycamore region to reach it via Oleg’s Trading Post by following these instructions:

In the middle of the Old Sycamore area, you’ll find a hill accessible from the north. Go to the western side of the hill to locate the group of Kobolds asleep in the moon Radishes.
